Can I cancel the order or Cancellations?

Affirmative, you can amend the order anytime. But you can only cancel it before the order is shipped. Paramount Dealz assure you to return the exact payment to the source of payment you have done. If the order is shipped, we are sorry to tell you we can’t help you with cancellations. In case of any emergencies, you can email us about your order on sales@paramountdealz.com.

Packaging?

Paramount Dealz offers the best packaging on all orders. We prevent all your products by adopting all the precautions to deliver our order to your doorsteps with prime quality. Paramount Dealz package all the orders in our warehouse to prevent any kind of damage. We also take care of the waterproofing of the product for other measures.

Delivery Time

Paramount Dealz never takes extremely long to reach you. We take 4 to 15 days generally to deliver anything you have ordered from us. The time of delivery can be extended in any misfortunate events. This gives a lifetime warranty to all the chess boards and chess equipment from Paramount Dealz Company. 

For returns, you need to first communicate with us using our contact details or mail us on sales@paramountdealz.com. We will first try to understand all your problems with the order and then come to you for easy replacements. 

For easy replacements, you should return the product in original packaging and the product in unused condition. Once the product is returned, we will repay your money or replace your order with your wish. Return shipping charges have to borne by the customer.
